Your intro call is confirmed
Here is my process to find out if we are a fit.
1. Intro call
Get the ball rolling and have an intro call. Here you can give me an introduction to your company and your growth aspirations. This call typically takes 30 minutes, and before we hang up we will set a date for the Growth Jam Session if we determine we are a good fit.
2. Growth Jam Session
We will meet in person, or online, and I will facilitate an energising session with one agenda: Your growth agenda! The duration of the session depends on what happens; we have no specific time limit. Some (but not all) ask us about becoming a client and engage us to support their growth journey.
3. Decision Time
Working with Peter Bjørn is not for every B2B SaaS company. However, at this stage you’ll have the foundation for determining if you trust the process, believe in the business case and is committed to change status quo. In other words; you are ready to make the final decision.
4. Do the work
Business Strategy first. Become calm and confident about growth – powered by a clear and competitive business strategy in as few as 30-45 days.
